The managed and automated Trans4mation Self Service provides all the apps you need at any time. Additionally, it helps you to help yourself: for example, in case an employee has forgotten the password – resetting it independently and securely via the Self Service. If there is an issue, go to the Self Service page, get all the information, send a message about the problem or call the Service Desk.
You have a wide variety of apps at your disposal: Necessary ones are installed by default, once end-users are enrolled into the service. Simply go to the Self Service portal and choose among 40+ apps. Click the app. It installs automatically. It's that easy. Thus, you work with exactly the applications you need – and only with these. Apps are automatically updated by Trans4mation – do not worry about that at all.
As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, we can expand and scale our services to your individual needs. In addition to accessing the specific apps, we offer solutions such as Office 365 or Windows E3 or E5 as a software for lease.
